Hock Seng Pau has a long history dating back to 1973 making traditional pau, siew mai, loh mai kai and fun choy. The selection, preparing and cooking of the ingredients are still handpicked and handmade, preserving our unique heritage taste and craft. Proud to share that Hock Seng’s Siew Mai, Fan Choy and Lou Mai Kai are still totally handmade. Can be kept frozen or chilled in the fridge for later steaming.
